True story of a once-homeless single father, Christopher Gardner, who raised himself out of poverty and became a successful stock broker.

Moral: Christopher’s ability to concentrate, in spite of the constant setbacks, supports him meet his life goals.

8. Coach Carter (2005) DIRECTED BY THOMAS CARTER


Motivated by the true story of controversial Richmond, California basketball coach Ken Carter, who got both staunch criticism and high praise when he made national news for benching his complete team undefeated team for poor academic performance.

Moral: Good leadership and Teamwork goes a long way for this team.

Earlier scientist Galen Erso (Mads Mikkelsen) lives on a farm with his wife and young daughter Jyn (Felicity Jones). His peaceful life comes crashing down when the evil Orson Krennic takes him farther from his adored family. After many years, Galen is now the Empire’s lead engineer for the strongest weapon in the galaxy, the Death Star. A father (Michael Shannon) goes on the run to defend his young son, Alton (Jaeden Lieberher), and reveal the truth behind the boy’s unusual powers. What begins as a race from religious extremists and local law enforcement immediately escalates to a nationwide manhunt including the highest levels of the Federal Government.



Achieving the stakes are no longer just for survival, Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) makes a team with her closest friends i.e. Peeta (Josh Hutcherson), Gale (Liam Hemsworth) and Finnick for the final mission. Together, they leave District 13 to save the citizens of war-torn Panem and assassinate President Snow.
