There are some important principles which I want to share before you which are related from the work of another brilliant man – Dale Carnegie and his best-selling book “How to Win Friends and Influence People.” As Dale Carnegie says,”Dealing with people is probably the biggest problem you face, especially if you are in business.”

A great man shows his greatness by the way how he treats little man.

Fundamental techniques of handling people:

  • Don’t criticize or complain about anything
  • Give honest and sincere appreciation
  • Arouse in people an eager want.

Six ways to make people as you:


  • Become genuinely interested in other people
  • Remember to keep Smiling
  • Remember sweetest person’s name, that is the most important thing
  • Listen others well and encourage people to speak first and often
  • Try to Talk in terms of the other person’s interests, what they think?
  • Make the other person feel important and do it sincerely

How to win people to your way of thinking


  • The only way to get the best of an argument is to avoid it

  • Avoid giving direct orders, and instead ask questions while delegating others.
  • Give people a fine reputation to live up to.
  • Encourage people whenever possible.
  • Praise the slightest improvement and every improvement people make.
  • Try to make people faults seem easy to correct.
  • Make people happy to do as you ask.
